A water hammer issue I had getting louder over the last few months. They put in a water hammer arrestor, and the banging stopped instantly. Diagnosis was quick and the solution was cost-effective. Not all plumbers even know what to look for with that type of problem.

I cant say enough good things about Crabtree Plumbing. We recently discovered a water service line leak in our yard and were preparing ourselves for a stressful and expensive repair. Once we identified the issue, I contacted Clay at Crabtree to discuss the issue and schedule a repair estimate. He said the office would contact me for scheduling and within minutes Stephanie (who is the most pleasant person you will speak to!) called to get me on their schedule. Two crew members were out to the house the very same day to provide a definite diagnosis and estimate. Unfortunately, they couldnt pinpoint the leak and had to have leak detection scheduled, which Crabtree immediately coordinated. Unfortunately, leak detection couldnt make it out until the next morning since it was already late in the day and the final repair wasnt able to be scheduled until the day after. However, once leak detection located the problem area, Crabtree went above and beyond by fitting us into their schedule the very same day so we wouldnt have to spend another night without water. The repair was completed professionally, the technicians were honest, knowledgeable and transparent throughout the process, and they took the time to explain what they found and how they were fixing it. What impressed me most was the value. For a leak repair that easily could have turned into a much larger and more expensive project, the final cost was very reasonable. From the quick response time to the quality of the work and fair pricing, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. If youre looking for an honest, reliable plumbing company that genuinely takes care of its customers, I highly recommend Crabtree Plumbing.

Blown away by the service. I inquired about a leaking ceiling in the middle of the night while I was out of town and Crabtree had it completely fixed by the time I woke up the next morning. They also checked and repaired some slow draining sinks and complimentary. Cost is very very reasonable. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I also had a relatively complicated repair involving shutoff valves and some aging pipe work. They evaluated it honestly, gave me a fair quote and took care of it without making it a bigger job than was necessary. Wouldn't hesitate to call again.

Had a clog in my main plumbing line somewhere in the front yard, Crabtree was able to camera and detect exactly where the clog was and the reason for it, roots! Came the next day and replaced 40 feet of my old sewer line, saved my grass and all. Great experience

We called the plumber to install a faucet handle that hed broken off behind the refrigerator before installation -- for the ice maker in the refrigerator. He came on time, was very knowledgeable, and professional. Timing was crucial as we had to get it done in between the refrigerator installers comingout to move the fridge and moving it bak in place after the faucet was fixed. We would definitely call them again with a plumbing issue.

I gave Crabtree a call. They were in a meeting before they start their day. They called right back. I told them what I thought was the problem. Two young men came. They fixed my drain and fixed a clogged poo poo pipe that we didn't know needed attention too. They did a great job! Respectful to our home and the bill was where the price should be. I contacted Crabtree Plumbing on 3 different occasions to install backflow valves on some old commercial properties. Clay responded the same day to bring up visual pictures of the property. They addressed the issue, the cost was reasonable, and we were satisfied. On a 4th occasion I called about a leak in an outside faucet on the rear of the same property. He had is repaired the next day and left the job site clean. They really did a professional job.

After getting scammed by two BIG name advertised plumbing companies here in Jacksonville (you see them all over the stadium and arena). We reached out to our friends who recommended a small mom and pop company, Crabtree Plumbing. These two companies could not fix our problem and ran up over 5k in charges on us. Then wanted to charge another 50k for them to fix the problem we ORIGINALLY called for. Crabtree came out and fixed our issue for less than 200 dollars and quoted us 8k instead of 50k to redo our cast iron pipes. Highly recommend this company!
